Incline Concierge was founded by a small group of Tahoe natives with backgrounds in luxury hospitality, private estate management, and family-office service. We were quietly frustrated that mountain second homes were so often treated like rental properties or maintenance jobs — when they are, in fact, primary residences in spirit, simply lived in less often.

We engage with a small number of homes at a time so each owner has a personal relationship with the people who care for their residence. No call centers. No ticket queues. A single point of contact who knows your house, knows your standing requests, and answers when you call.

We hold ourselves to the standards of the hospitality we admire — Four Seasons, Aman, the great private clubs — applied with the warmth of someone caring for a home they know well.
