Registered homeowners also provide account credentials and property-related information as part of our private portal.

Automatically collected information: We collect standard server log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is used for security monitoring and site improvement only.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to consultation and service inquiries
  • Provide and manage your concierge services and property portal
  • Send service updates, arrival confirmations, and account notifications
  • Maintain security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations
  • Improve our services and website experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Protect Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to homeowner data within our systems is governed by row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own information.

Staff access is restricted by role-based permissions. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted providers to operate our services:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to maintain its confidentiality.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Consultation inquiries are retained for up to two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights
